BOHNIN Members-Only Events

Our monthly Members-Only Events are designed to be high-value, private gatherings that give BOHNIN members access to exclusive networking, collaboration, and growth opportunities. While these events are not open to the public, members may bring guests under strict guidelines — up to two guests for the Members Mixer and one guest for the Mastermind — and both the member and their guest must be pre-registered through our invite-only link. Admission requires presentation of an active BOHNIN membership card at the door, ensuring that only serious entrepreneurs and community builders are in the room. To be eligible to speak or showcase your business at any private BOHNIN event, members must have attended a minimum of six prior members-only events, demonstrating both commitment and consistency to the community. Out of respect for our members, solicitation without approval is not permitted, confidentiality of discussions must be maintained, and we expect all participants to uphold BOHNIN’s values of professionalism, collaboration, and legacy building. These rules are in place to preserve the exclusivity, integrity, and value of our private events — making every gathering a trusted space where members can truly thrive. Once you have officially joined, you can find our private event sign up in the events tab of the Private Membership Platform.

Meeting Of The Minds Mastermind Class

Description:
The Mid-Month Mastermind is a private strategy session for BOHNIN members designed to keep momentum high between our larger mixers and public events. This is where members sharpen their skills, exchange ideas, and build accountability. Each session focuses on targeted growth topics — from marketing strategies and funding opportunities to mindset and leadership. It’s not just talk — members leave with action steps they can apply immediately.

Format & Execution:

Networking Warm-Up (15 min): Icebreaker activity (speed networking, “business pitch roulette,” or group challenges).

Hot Topics Session (30 min): Facilitator-led discussion on a key business growth subject (marketing funnels, business credit, community collaboration, etc.).

Roundtable Mastermind (30–45 min): Members share their current wins and challenges, and the group provides solutions/resources.

Action Accountability (15 min): Each member writes down 1–2 commitments for the next 30 days.

Closing & Announcements (10 min): Updates on BOHNIN events, opportunities, and ways to get more involved.

Exclusivity:

Strictly for BOHNIN members or serious entrepreneurs ready to join that day.

Creates a high-value culture of commitment + collaboration.

  • Structured Networking (30–40 min): Activities like business speed-dating, "pass the mic intros," or collaboration circles.

  • Spotlight Segment (20 min): Showcase 1–2 members’ businesses, letting them share value and inspire others.

  • Community Culture Update (15 min): Announce upcoming events, campaigns, or ways members can step up.

  • Social Networking (30–60 min): Open mingling with light refreshments, music, and relationship building.
